In recent times there has been a rising population of young men spotting the full beards or Arab as one of my friend fondly called it, the trend gained prominence with the debut of the artist Rick Ross or Ricky Rozzay as he's now known, with the brother coming out looking like black Santa, initially this look was met with mixed feelings of indifference and some extreme cases repulsion, but as successive years rolled by, it gained wide acceptability and has even been termed attractive by a sizeable number of our female folk and most celebrities have began to copy or adopt the trend as the case may be, we've got Timaya, Kcee and the kukere master Iyanya spotting this trend

but most times in an attempt to look like this we instead end up looking like this

one need not compare and contrast as the difference is obvious and most times the above attracts constant criticism from the mother and the bae, but worry not we are here to outline a few tips that will not just get you into the beard gang but probably inducted in its hall of fame, okay here goes
1. MAINTAIN AN OBVIOUS NECKLINE
This one is pretty straight forward as much as we trying to go for the grizzly bear look there's a thin line between the lumber man and the mountain caveman, so try to stick to the right direction so things don't get lost in translation
2. A GOOD SIDE SHAVE
Yes, this should be done just above down to below the ear line, this is one I personally subscribe to, because the idea of keeping a bushy hair with a full beards to match is a NO-NO in my book, unless of course you're Wole Soyinka and he has a Nobel prize to back it up so we'll give him a pass.
3. A NICE AND NEAT HAIR CUT
A clean cut is a necessity to create that unique blend between the rough and rugged look and the Metropolitan gentleman what I would call a beautiful contradiction.
So there you have it, with these few tips, I bid you welcome to the gang, whilst you spot that edgy and dangerous look live free and have fun.
